General Information
We are happy to accept employment resumes any time during the school year, but we cannot guarantee that a position will be open at that particular time. When applying for a job at ABC Juban, please keep in mind the following:
* Applicants must be a native speaker of English, reside in Tokyo, supply a resume with at least 2 references, and appear in person for an interview.
* A Degree in Education is required for Head Teacher positions.
* Teachers for our Dual-language Immersion program must also be fluent in Japanese.
Things that we look for in a candidate are:
- experience working with small children
- love for children
- cheerfulness
- high level of energy
- honesty and reliability
- ability to work with a team
- commitment to at least one full school year
